KISS' PAUL And GENE Lend Voices To Special Episode Of 'The Fairly OddParents'

March 10, 2008

Last week, KISS members Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons lent their voices to next year's special episode of Nickelodeon's highly rated animated show "The Fairly OddParents". No details are currently available, but their appearance in the episode is said to be "KISS-related."

Paul is pictured here with Butch Hartman, creator of "The Fairly OddParents".

"The Fairly OddParents" is an Emmy-winning American animated television series created by Butch Hartman about the adventures of a boy who has two fairy godparents and his fairy god brother, "Poof", who was introduced to the series on a one-hour television event on February 18, 2008 called "Fairly OddBaby". It is produced by Frederator Studios for the cable network Nickelodeon, where it is currently one of the most popular shows (second only to "SpongeBob SquarePants"). The television series is also distributed outside the United States by the Canadian animation company Nelvana, the same as Danny Phantom (also created by Hartman). The show makes heavy use of satire and slapstick, and is full of pop culture references.
